Global Business Development Manager

IRMATIC is looking for a dynamic and motivated Global Business Development Manager to join our expanding team. We are open to candidates from across Europe who are eager to take on an exciting role in a growing international company. If you’re passionate about sales, client relations, and developing business on a global scale, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquiring new clients and building long-term, trusted relationships.
  • Managing client relationships from the first meeting to the finalization of contracts.
  • Expanding and growing the sales network internationally.
  • Identifying client needs and supporting them throughout the entire sales process.
  • Traveling internationally to establish new business contacts and maintain strong relationships.
  • Achieving sales targets and contributing to the growth of the business.
  • Providing technical consulting on our solutions and products to clients.

Our Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in the safety and cutting tools industries.
  • Experience in selling vending machine.
  • Fluent English language is required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to build relationships based on trust.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Experience in proposal / offer preparation and contract business negotiations.
  • Openminded, positive attitude to drive positive relations.
  • Clear and concise communication manner.
  • Good organizational skills including status reporting.
