IRHOOK is an automatic dispensing station for equipment subjected to mandatory periodic inspections – such as slings, height safety equipment, ladders, or measuring tools. The device not only monitors physical access to products but also supervises their validity – blocking the issue of equipment past its expiration date. Full integration with IRSYSTEM enables tracking the lifecycle of each product.

Monitoring the validity of inspections

IRHOOK automatically blocks the ability to download products that have exceeded their technical review expiration date. This minimizes the risk of allowing faulty equipment to be used at work.

Complete control of equipment access

Each hook can be assigned to a specific user or group. Access is based on RFID authorization or QR codes, enabling the separation of permissions and eliminating unauthorized withdrawals.

Construction options: 6 or 10 hooks

IRHOOK is available in two variants—allowing you to suspend and control from 6 to 10 equipment units. Its compact design is effective even in limited space.

Notifications about upcoming inspections

The system displays information about the upcoming review date before equipment release. This allows for timely reactions, such as product transfer for revalidation.

Installation on a stand or wall

The device can be mounted directly on the wall or on a dedicated stand. This facilitates targeted deployment, for example, in tool zones, control stations, or at height access points.

All operations are recorded in IRSystem, which can be synchronized with ERP or BHP systems. This ensures comprehensive usage reporting and audit compliance.
