IRSTOCK 1260 BOX is a next-generation industrial vending machine that combines the advantages of a drum design with a modular locker system. The device offers high capacity – up to 1260 drum compartments – and additional space for bulky products in the form of up to 18 compartments of regular dimensions. Designed in line with the Industry 4.0 concept, the system enables round-the-clock dispensing and tracking of materials, reducing consumption by up to 50%.

IRSTOCK 1260 BOX expands the capabilities of the standard IRSTOCK 1260 model with locker modules that allow for the dispensing of larger items – such as power tools, measuring instruments, or protective kits. It retains the full functionality of the carousel drum and all the advantages of the IRSYSTEM platform – including remote management, reporting, and ERP integration.

System BOX adds between 4 and 18 compartments in three configurations. It allows for the storage of larger tools and items without losing drum capacity.

The durable drum allows for the storage of up to 1260 stock items. The carousel design ensures secure automation of dispensing and returns while maintaining order in product records.

User identification built-in

Integrated RFID, barcode, and QR technologies enable complete employee identification, access control, and reporting of operation history at the user level.

Convenient loading methods

IRSTOCK 1260 BOX is equipped with four replenishment options: service loading, front loading, side loading, and quick access through a hatch. This allows it to adapt to various storage and operational conditions.

Intuitive, large touchscreen

Equipped with an industrial interface, the screen allows operation while wearing gloves, presents data to the user, and displays service messages. It supports ergonomics and reduces interaction time.

Constant monitoring through integration with IRSystem

Connecting to IRSystem provides access to the complete transaction history, current stock levels, and consumption reports. The system allows for automatic ordering and ERP integration.
