IRDEPO 3 is an industrial vending machine, IRMATIC depot, for selective acceptance of used PPE, tools, and MRO parts. Three configurable compartments work with the vision system, providing return control, full documentation, and secure integration with the IRSYSTEM platform. The compact design operates 24/7, reducing costs, automating storage, and supporting the PPE vending strategy through an open ERP API.

IRDEPO 3 segregates gloves, MRO tools, and apparel in three independent compartments, reducing warehouse space and improving recycling efficiency.

Enforced return before the new issuance.

A forced return mode prevents the issuance of a new item until the old one is returned, reducing costs and eliminating double withdrawals.

Mobile bins – quick replacement without downtime

The wheeled bins extend rapidly; replacing a full bin does not halt the line, and waste proceeds directly to recycling or washing.

Vision system – returns under control

Cameras and optical sensors verify each insertion, prevent blockages, and record compliance evidence in IRSYSTEM—ensuring full traceability in OSHA audits.

Integration of IRSYSTEM with any ERP

The open IRSYSTEM API streams return and cost data to SAP, IFS, or other ERP systems, facilitating reporting and automatic MRO orders.

Compact, round-the-clock operation 24/7

Enclosure 1435 × 1040 mm, 100 kg payload, and consumption of 5/80 W provide large capacity with a small footprint; IRDEPO 3 operates reliably 24/7.
