With its design based on individual lockers, the device enables controlled distribution of equipment requiring inventory tracking and storage with power. Charging function for power tools

IRLOCKER enables the charging of power tools directly inside the lockers. This ensures that only fully operational devices are dispensed, eliminating unplanned downtimes associated with discharged equipment.

Capacity for up to 72 lockers + expansion to 1200

The modular construction allows the system to be expanded to over 1200 dispensing lockers by integrating with IRMATIC dispensing drawers. This flexible solution is ideal for facilities with varying consumption scales and multiple dispensing locations.

Two modes of product loading

IRLOCKER offers two replenishment modes – service and operator – allowing adaptation to the internal organization of work and material logistics schedules in the production facility or service center.

Multilayer access authorization

The vending machine is equipped with RFID, QR, and barcode readers, enabling user identification and restricting access to certain types of products according to the role and permissions of the employee.

Integrated reporting and ERP integration

IRLOCKER operates within the IRSYSTEM ecosystem, enabling integration with ERP systems, automatic reporting, and data analysis. This allows for the optimization of consumption and delivery planning based on real-time data.
