The device monitors consumption and withdrawals of products based on their weight, limits unjustified withdrawals, and supports the standardization of material management within the facility.
The modular architecture of IRSCALE allows for the combination of drawers and lockers - scales are installed in both modules! This enables the handling of a range of items from small components to larger tools. The configuration is tailored to the dimensions and weight of the products and the required level of control.
Precise recording of dispensations and returns
IRSCALE supports an extensive return process and full control of product circulation. Built-in identification (RFID, barcodes, QR) enables user authorization and operation registration. Data is available in real-time in the IRSYSTEM application.
